Meet the Total Care Rehabilitation Experts

Confucius once said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life,” and that is precisely the foundation that we have built Total Care Rehabilitation upon.  Meet our Total Care Rehabilitation experts.

How the total care rehabilitation journey started

Owner Andrew Rattananinad established Total Care Rehabilitation after seeing a family suffer through illness. He knew at a young age that he wanted to do something constructive that could affect change in the healing and rehabilitation process.

Andrew’s passion and fascination for exercise physiology and how it can improve lives and help people suffering from illness or recovering from an injury continued through his teenage and young adult years. He did his personal training qualification and found a particular interest in how physiology can improve side effects associated with chronic disease so signed up to do his exercise physiology qualification too.

Our techniques and expertise

Exercise Physiology

We are specialists in human physiology and understand how the body responds to exercise – whether to improve strength after injury or to help improve the body’s reaction to chronic illness.

Hydrotherapy

We apply hydrotherapy as an incredibly successful method to treat a variety of healthcare issues. It uses the water to provide resistance and there is no pressure on any joints.

Massage therapy

Our professionally trained massage therapists offer an effective, ‘hands-on’ rehabilitation treatment to support the recovery of injuries and to help deal with pain management.

Improved quality of life starts here.
